Folded in half it goes well in the microwave. Comfort lasts awhile. One thing that could be improved is that the insides shift from section to section. Would be nice if the weight material was evenly distributed and the seams sewn solid so if you put it around your neck or down your leg(which I’ve been doing), the warmth won’t leave the highest point and shift downward.
