So cute but not great quality

This warmie is adorable! Got it as an Easter gift two days ago and it’s so cute and soft, unfortunately the fabric is pulling apart between its head and neck. It started losing its filling. Had to stitch it up just to keep it from making a mess. I have 2 other warmies and haven’t had issues so was so sad that this one wasn’t up to the same quality.

Best customer service ever!

So I had purchased first the red one and then the brown one after having a heart attack and having to spend time in the cardiac ICU. They had these at the hospital gift shop and I have slept with them every night. Unfortunately they began pilling where the white spots are on both of them. Well after leaving a review with photos the company reached out to me and today I am so happy to say I received two new non defective mushies! I feel like my heart can truly appreciate the joy these brought me back when I first got them and even more now because I'm not in blinding pain. Thank you so very much. It's these simple things that will keep me a customer for life! 🫶🏼
