Warm: Heat in a microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Enjoy soothing warmth for up to 2 hours. Reheat only when at room temperature.

Cool: Place in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for 2–3 hours for cooling relief.

Disappointed with how the head is sewn on facing sideways on the golden.

I have purchased quite a few Warmies over the past few years and have never disappointed with the quality until now. The Golden dog in this huggable set is sewn on sideways as can be seen in the photo. The light dog is facing pretty much forward. My grandson carries his regular and junior golden everywhere so I thought I would get this set so his sister could have a dog too.
