lovely plush

So I first got the Laying Down Horse plush with my last order and only recently opened the order. When I did, I noticed that the Horse did not look as good as I had hoped so I reached out to customer service to ask if it would possible to do a return/exchange. It was, as a one off courtesy though because my order was over 30 days. I have now received the new plush, the Snow Leopard and love it and as of yesterday last night I have sent back the Laying Down Horse plush. Thank you for allowing me the one off return/exchange I am grateful and happy and will continue to be a Warmies customer.
