Woodstock replacement

I purchased a Woodstock Warmie for my grandson for Christmas and he just loved the scent and warmth of his new sleep companion. After just having Woodstock for 4 nights we noticed a small hole in the stitches under the wings where they attached to the body. I contacted customer service and sent photos by email. I received a reply within an hour both by AI assistant and Jann. I was informed that a replacement Woodstock would be sent and received the new Warmie in 7 days. Thank you for great customer service I will definitely recommend Warmies to friends and family .
