This makes it impossible to get comfortable enough to fall asleep. I would try using a heating pad but it was very difficult to get even heat that would warm my feet and toes. While shopping for cute animal and dragon warmies for my grandchildren, I saw these slippers that I could warm in the microwave. They are wonderful. Now I can slip my feet into them and get even warmth for my whole foot and every toe. I highly recommend them if you suffer from cold feet and toes.
