Warm: Heat in a microwave for up to 90 seconds. Enjoy soothing warmth for up to 2 hours. Reheat only when at room temperature.

Cool: Place in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for 2–3 hours for cooling relief.

Perfect length to cover my Anxiety

I don't know what I'd do without Gator! I love the Lavender scent and the weight definitely helps calm my bedtime anxiety. I have no idea why I get bedtime anxiety but I do know that the length of Gator helps tremendously! I also love the fact that I can put him in the freezer to cool for the summer days, now that Menopause has hit. I'm so glad I finally decided on one for myself after getting my son his replacement Dragon.
