2 Cardinals Later

I had received a cardinal warmie and the next day, noticed that there was a large gaping hole in the back seam. I reached out to customer service, received an excellent and prompt response in which they indicated that they would be shipping a new cardinal. Upon receiving it, there were no issues, but then one day later, it began to open at the same seam as the last cardinal.

Love the Product. Terrible customer service

Love the warmie but was a nightmare to receive. I purchased as a birthday gift. I paid for 3-5 day shipping and the shipping date moved three times and it took 11 days to get to me. I will say the first date moving I could understand because of weather but the others no. I reach out trying to understand why and where it was only to not be able to reach someone except AI and they tell me I haven’t passed the shipping date
