Registration is quick and easy - Simply complete the online wholesale registration form. You will typically receive confirmation of your account within two business days. Once your wholesale account application is approved, you will use your email to login to the wholesale site.

**Note: This form is for Retail Business Owners only.**

### Minimum Order Requirements

**•** Minimum Opening Order - **$350.00**  
**•** Re-Orders - **$300.00**  
**•** Minimum **3 Per SKU** (some exclusions apply)

• Freight Cap – **12%**

### Online Retailers

Warmies does **not allow** Amazon 3rd party resellers.

### Business Documents Required:

**Resale Tax Exemption Certificate**  
You must provide a resale tax exemption certificate via email to [**resalecertificates@warmies.com**](mailto:resalecertificates@warmies.com) for each retail location where you plan to resell Warmies. Please use the name of your business in the subject line of the email. We will not be able to ship any current or future orders until we have this on file. You can complete a blank copy located in the dropbox link below.
